George Roberts Collection
George Roberts is a point hunter and collector in the Natchez, MS area. George has been collecting relic’s from the creeks since 1986 in Southwest Mississippi, near Natchez, MS. Unlike finding points made from Tallatta Quartzite in the east central area, the majority of the points found in Southwest Mississippi are from the Citrenelle (chert) Formation. All of his points have been scanned, measured, and filed digitally on dis as well as in folders. Check out this video for some killer chert points that are different in type from those found in east central Mississippi.
