Indian Mound Jasper Co., MS
This mound location is in Jasper Co., MS. west of Heidelberg, MS. Locals are aware of this mound and know it to be a prehistoric Indian site. The mound is approximately 40 Ft. in diameter and 10 Ft. high.

No historical documentation is available that identifies this mound and it is probably just another among the many that are located in Jasper County, Mississippi. This mound is Covered by grass and bitter weeds, no trees and is in a cattle pasture. Very sandy in composition with no evidence of any exploration.
